It has been just confirmed by the Ministry of Interior in writing that the following apply when issuing Confirmation of Movement Employee forms:
- Employees working on a fixed working schedule and travelling to and from their work will need to carry with them the Confirmation of Movement of Employee Form A – signed by their employer. A new version should only be issued in the event that the work time schedule has changed.
- For those working on shift or with irregular working hours, the movement form should state their schedule of working hours which should be replaced with a new Confirmation of Movement of Employee form whenever the schedule is changed.
- Employees on call need to have the Confirmation of Movement of Employee form signed by the employer and stating accurately the dates and hours during which the employee is on call.
