The Ministry of Finance announces that Citizen service at the Bureaux will be carried out ONLY through the schedule of appointment by telephone at the Citizens’ Bureau.
Applications and supporting documents will need to be placed in the special cases at the Citizens’ Bureau entrances. This should concern:
- Applications relating to the Social Insurance Services (Pensions, Benefits, Special Grants) etc.
- Applications for the Minimum Guaranteed Income (EEE in Greek) , Child Benefits and Single-Parent Benefit
- Supporting Documents for the EEE and the Child Benefit Application.
