The Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Energy, Industry and Commerce announces that as from today, an application for the issuance of a “Beneficial Ownership Report” is available on the Companies’ Section website.
Interested parties are requested to submit the relevant application (click here) to the Department’s cashier office.
