The physical presence of employees is allowed within the professional premises  as long as it  does not exceed 25% of the total number of staffwith a minimum presence of five (5) peopleif the employer so wishes, and a maximum of 25 people.

It is understood that if a company operates in more than one building, the physical presence of employees is allowed, not exceeding 25% of each premise, with a minimum presence of five (5) people, if desired by the employer, and a maximum of 25 people.

Companies co-located in the same building are allowed the physical presence of employees not exceeding 25% of each legal entity(i.e. each company), with a minimum presence of five (5) people, if desired by the employer, and a maximum of 25 people and provided that the health protocols are observed.

The rest of the staff work remotely from home. It is understood that the number is rounded up.

– in a company with 50 employees, up to 13 people can work physically at the office.

– in a company with 200 employees, the maximum number of persons who can work simultaneously physically at the office may not exceed 25 persons.
