DAC-6 Update as per Tax Department announcement

The Tax Department has issued a new update on DAC 6 which covers:

1. Extension to the imposition of administrative fines for overdue submission of information
2. Updated sample XML file with added fields for the associated enterprises to the relevant taxpayer

CIBA welcomes the decision of non-imposition of fines for overdue submission until 30^th September 2021.

CIBA will continue the communication with the Ministry of Finance regarding the DAC-6 implementation.
