As per the Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver announcement dated 23/3/2020 and the publication in Official Gazette of the Republic of Cyprus of the “ On Companies Amending Law of 2020 Ν38(Ι)/2020 (του περί Εταιρειών (Τροποποιητικού) Νόμου του 2020, Ν38(Ι)/2020)” which was voted by the House of Representatives on April 15th 2020, the Department announces that in accordance with the above legislation:
“The date of implementation of the measure to enforce financial charges for the overdue submission of important institutional and official documents is transferred to 18/12/2020”.
