Innovative Approaches in HR Management: Applying Modern Talent Management Practices in the Digital Era

The technological developments have significantly influenced the Business Models. This trend will be accelerated in the coming years. These new era models, which are based on Artificial Intelligence and Artificial Automation technologies are simplifying and affecting the value creation mechanisms, whilst modifying human resources needs and altering the necessary skills of the workforce.
Charakis Research & Consulting Ltd., in response to the new conditions, presents the training Program of Vital Importance: “Innovative Approaches in Human Resources Management: Applying Modern Talent Management Practices in the Digital Era”.
In summary, this specialized program is about modern and innovative approaches in attracting, developing, and productively utilizing the human resources. It deals with the creation of the appropriate infrastructure and with the investment in knowledge management and the development of high-knowledge personnel. It is based on the most modern and latest models of Evaluation and Development Frameworks of High Knowledge and Talent Personnel, developed by specialized bodies with aim, among others, the creation of specialized HR metrics and Analytics and thus creating value and competitive advantages.
The program is approved by the Human Resources Development Authority as Vital and is 100% subsidised for up to 3 executives per company (excluding VAT).
Both the training and the consultation will be carried out by Dr. Anastasia Kynighou, Senior Lecturer in HR at Manchester Metropolitan University and a Scientific Associate of Charakis Research & Consulting Ltd.

At the end of the seminar and upon agreement on the date, each participating company will have a four-hour meeting with the trainer.
