CIBA promotes good health practices within the workplace through its mindfulness events 

Holistic programmes such as mindfulness have been introduced into the workplace and have been proven most useful in teaching a healthy way to cope with stress and providing methods for stress management. These types of programmes have been very successful and have been helpful in creating a calmer and more productive working environments.  

 CIBA’s first such event, introduced five carefully chosen professionals who had been invited to present their own unique therapies for healthier living using Cognitive-Behavioural-Techniques and much more.

  • “Self-Awareness: Through the Looking Glass” – Valencia Myint Mental Health Counsellor & Psychotherapist 

The event received positive feedback from those that attended and as a result CIBA is hoping that by hosting these regular events we can offer exclusive collection of specialized therapists, who can offer exceptional standard of training and insight into and providing useful tools for a healthier way of life both personal and in the working environment.
