COVID-19 – Serving citizens over 60 and people with disabilities in Beverage and food retail establishments

In order to reduce the exposure of COVID-19 to citizens who fall within the vulnerable groups of the population, the following sectors throughout Cyprus only serve people over 60 years and people with disabilities from the time they start operating until 9 a.m. This is according to the Decree of the Minister of Health, dated 17 October 2020, Here in Greek.

  • Supermarkets,
  • Fruit and Veg Stores,
  • Mini market,
  • Butchers,
  • Fish Shops,
  • Grocery stores,
  • Pharmacies

It is noted that the above regulation does not apply to bakeries, kiosks and / or other places where the service is done in a short time and as such no crowding is created.
